SHIPPING

Orders are shipped by UPS or our own delivery, if local, depending on the weight and size of the order. We reserve the right to utilize the services of other carriers to ensure the cost-effective and timely delivery of your order. Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days of ordering.

WARRANTY

Bearing & Transmission Supply Co., (hereinafter referred to as BTS) warrants that products furnished will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for 90 days after delivery of products. BTS's sole obligation under this warranty will be to repair or replace any defective product or part where examination by BTS and/or the manufacturer or their representative provides satisfaction that the product or part is defective. Return transportation to be prepaid. This warranty will not apply to any product or part which has been subjected to misuse, negligence or accident. BTS will not be responsible for any special or consequential damages. This warranty, as set forth, is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied.

LIMITATION OR LIABILITY

BTS shall not be liable for any loss, claim or damage caused by, contributed to or arising out of the acts or omissions of Buyer or third parties, whether negligent or otherwise. In no event shall BTS's liability for any cause of action whatsoever exceed the cost of the item giving rise to the claim, whether based in contract, warranty, indemnity or tort (including negligence).

TAX EXEMPTION

We can accept a valid tax exempt certificate by fax or by mail. Please contact us for more information.
